Can OnestopSMSF be consulted for investment advices?At OnestopSMSF we DO NOT provide ANY investment advices to the client. The client has to consult a financial planner who is an AFSL license holder.

Do OnestopSMSF place any restrictions on the investments in the fund?No. The client may undertake any investment in their fund permitted under SMSF investment laws in Australia.

Are any works of OnestopSMSF outsourced?No. All functions at OnestopSMSF are undertaken in Australia. We do not outsource any of our works. Including this website, it’s all Australian. We are available at all times at the registered address given in this website.

How long does it take to setup an SMSF?Your fund setup includes many steps which includes setup of a basic structure, ABN applications, setting up a bank account and roll over of funds to the new fund. These steps take us around 4 weeks or lesser to setup a fund.

How long does the process of administration and annual compliance take?Once we receive your documents, depending on the complexity of your fund we take up to 4 weeks to complete the necessary procedures of your fund.

How protected are your documents with OnestopSMSF?At OnestopSMSF, protection of the privacy of a client is of utmost importance to us. The documents received by OnestopSMSF will only be handled by the following personnel: a. The agent to whom your case has been assigned b. Supervisor of the agent. c. Auditor to whom your fund has been assigned. Once the auditing phase is complete, OnestopSMSF retains a scanned copy of your documents and the originals are then returned to the client.
